How to Apply

Applications must be submitted for a specific property and are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis once all required materials are received.

Applications will not be considered until all documentation is complete.

Application Requirements

  • All occupants age 18 or older must submit a separate application
  • A non-refundable application fee of $75 per applicant is required

Applications are processed through a third-party screening service and must meet the following criteria:

  • Combined gross monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
  • No evictions within the past five years
  • Credit and criminal background screening required
  • Proof of income required
  • Rental history verification required
  • Valid government-issued photo identification required

Credit and Rental History

A credit score of 600 or higher is preferred. Applications with lower scores may be considered with additional conditions.

Applicants must have no outstanding balances owed to previous landlords and must provide positive rental references.

Pets

Pets may be permitted unless otherwise stated in the individual property listing. All animals must complete a PetScreening profile prior to approval. Non-refundable pet fees apply where allowed.

Important Information

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Incomplete applications will not be processed, and we are unable to pre-qualify applicants prior to receiving a completed application.
