Tenant Move-Out Inspection: Prior to vacating the property, the tenant will complete a move-out inspection using a provided checklist, documenting the property's condition. This completed checklist will be submitted to our office.
Property Management Move-Out Inspection: Following the tenant's move-out, a comprehensive inspection will be conducted by our team to verify the tenant's assessment and identify any additional damages beyond normal wear and tear. This inspection will utilize a detailed checklist.
Security Deposit Deductions: We will assess any damages and determine appropriate security deposit deductions in accordance with the lease agreement and North Carolina General Statute. A detailed accounting of these deductions will be provided to you.

Turnover Procedures
